Karl began his career in 1985 when he became one of the country’s youngest Independent Financial Advisers.
Over the years Karl has developed his areas of expertise and has for many years offered a holistic financial life planning method of which he is a published author on.
To coin a phrase, Karl’s focus is on people’s ‘Return on Life’ not just their ‘Return on Investment’.

As Practice Manager, Dawn McGovern has been part of the team since 2011. Dawn ensures the smooth running of all new business and manages client-servicing processes to support our financial planners. Dawn is methodical and always willing to help.
Our Principal, Karl Lehmann joined the profession by serving an apprenticeship with his father back in 1985. It therefore is tremendous that a third generation Lehmann is involved in the Practice. Harry (Karl’s eldest son), is working alongside him providing assistance in research and analysis for our clients. Harry will be joining the St. James’s Place Adviser Academy to train to become an advisor himself in order to help support Karl in a much more advanced role.
